Once again I had alarm troubles this morning and missed the dream mile and a half with the team. So I had Austin ride next to me on his bike. 2 mile warm up with some strides. It was rainy but felt good. I haven't raced the dmh in a while and im getting in better and better shape so I was expecting to beat my old pr of 8:24. Felt good going over the overpass and pushed the downhill. First mile was 5:30. Just tried to keep a good pace going towards the jr high. Pushed hard the last part of airport. The last stretch never felt so long. Finished 8:19, got the pr. Happy with 5 seconds cuz its so frickin hard to pr.

Stopped at the heaps' for some water and then started going and saw jackie doing some pickups so I joined her for a little while till she was done. Went on the MCT for a lil, finished to 10.75

Shout out to Sami for going to cali and missing the rain today. Now i'll have to drink my hot chocolate alone.

Shout out to Brad cuz he's gonna get a blog soon. I'll keep you updated.

Shout out to Austin for help pacing me today and for also getting a 5 second pr in the dmh today.
