| | Parkway + BST add-on. Nice run on the Parkway, was able to get into a rhythm and then wanted to get a little bit of uphill so I headed up the BST which was really nice.

| | Met by the toll road but instead of running on the parkway we ran into the small town and then up the mountain onto a really nice dirt path. We got past one fence but then on the second one which was a little harder to get through we turned around. You could add on going the other way though. Definitely gonna come back and run there again. Excited for a tempo tomorrow :)

| | Tempo at 21st street pond. Did 3 miles 5:31, 5:28, 5:33, ninety seconds rest, 5:29. Felt a little tired due to lack of sleep, need to do better on that.

| | Ran with good old Travis Feeny who recently returned from his mish in Tallahassee. He's in surprisingly good shape tho. We met at Rainbow and ran up the BST (where I ran on Saturday) but instead of going out on the flat road we kept climbing on another trail. It was nice, had a good view, and he said it kept going all the way to Ben Lomond.

| | Power run which means 21st street pond. The first part was 4.25 at 5:35-40 pace. I ran it with Zach and we were in the range. I was feeling good. Even at the end, I wasn't feeling very fatigued. We got about a 90-second break and then finish to 6. Since I was feeling good I ran more with Dylan and Carson and was able to drop the pace. Good workout, just gotta keep working and getting a little better every day.

| | 6x3:15 at 5:12 pace on Murdock Canal. Shout out to Mike, he rode by on the bike as I was starting my first one. It was a little hard for me to keep the pace consistent for the whole 3:15 since I'm more used to running tempo pace. Couldn't quite get the pace down to 5:12 avg for all of them but I'm still happy with it.

| | Didn't have time to run in the morning so I went with the guys who were doubling. It was so freaking hot! We ran up the road and took a left onto a dirt trail. It was a solid climb on the way out.

| | Warm-up up the road. 3 mile tempo down, 90 sec rest, 1 mile tempo up. Coming down the range was 5:15-20 and we were inside on all of them. The mile back up went by surprisingly quick and it was hard but I think I could have gone harder while still not going anaerobic.

| | Last day of camp :( it goes by so fast! We drove about 15 minutes to a trail that we didn't do last year. I really enjoyed it. It sure did climb! But Coach P who hadn't run the trail in forever forgot to remind us to go a certain way and so we kept on climbing when it would have flattened out. Right before I flipped there started to be lots of trees and the trail widened and it reminded me of horseback riding nature. Fun run. Strides.

| | First time ever on the Jeremy Ranch Trail. After the run I can say that I really liked it and I can see why so many people run there. Hit 6:10's going out (downhills) and 6:40's (uphills) on the way back. Great Saturday long run.
