ISU Invite. We had talked about how the course has rolling hills but we majorly underestimated them. There were two hills that were freaking steep. Like one step below the mutha cussa type steep. Glad I went out conservative, but I still didn't even move up that much. I know don't have lots of training under my belt and have to be realistic but I feel like I'm in shape to be racing faster and runnng faster in workouts and something, I think a lack of mental toughness is holding me back. I'm sick of running like a scrub and need to figure it out.

Long cooldown on the Roosevelt trail. We climbed a pretty tough, long mountain, and had we wanted to keep going up another giant one, we could have went up Chinese Peak. Maybe someday. We took the single track down and it had so many gradual switch-backs going down the mountain. I was very impressed. I wish Enve was like that.

Shout out to Joe for recommending Jeri's Jumbo's Cafe, we ate there after the race and it was 10/10!

probably bc you havent been inspired from reading my awesome posts lately. The fitness will come around and the April boys will be running crazy fast on the track in 2020, as was foretold in the stars. See you at Payton Jordan bro

That's a tough course man, be patient and keep rolling
