12 miles on the MCT in my hoka's which I love so so much. They are awesome. Michael and Austin got some so shout out to me for starting the trend. Legs felt good. It was cool and drizzling so a great time.

Shout out to some of my homies running the St. George Marathon today. Fritz took 2nd in 2:22. Taylor Farnsworth (RustyTF2) took 6th with a 2:28. Matt Poulsen from Matt Todd's ward took 10th with a 2;32. My man Coach Holt got 12th and a 2:34! I'm happy he doesn't have hard training anymore and he can go back to good ol running for fun. Coach Cob from East, or Bill Cobler was the first person over the age of 50 to cross the line and got 2:48:50. Holy smokes. Trevor Sharp from UVU and Candace's hubby got 2:54. Momma and Papa Heaps crossed the line together (relationship goals) at 3:48 so shout out to them and everybody that even completed the marathon!
