PM: Power run at 21st street pond. Love that place. 1 lap is a little over a mile so we do 4 miles and then a little extra to get back to the starting line where the water is. 90 sec rest. Then finish to 7 miles for me, 8 for the top group. The goal for the first 4.3 was 5:25 and we were a couple seconds faster than that. I felt soooo good. And it felt like everybody else in group B did too cuz we seemed really smooth. It felt like my heart rate wasn’t even elevated and the only thing that I was working was my legs. Took the quick break. Second set pace was see what you can do. I stayed at the same average which was good. Not only was it a good workout that helped build fitness and confidence and help down the road, but it was fun. And you gotta have fun.

AM: 3.8 on Pipe. Some of it with Ben and some with Jacob.
