Distance run today, we ran by the gazebo in highland. I love running in the rain so that was cool. Average pace 6:58. We are running the Dream mile and a half tomorrow. It's a mile and a half time trial, and it has a decent uphill, downhill, then a long gradual uphill, and finishes off with a monster uphill that makes you want to die. It's gonna be dope.

Shout out to Matt because me and him had the funnest warm up ever today. I dont know what happened we just kept making jokes and it was funny.

Shout out to all the guys because we shared motivational quotes before we left for our run, and I threw down my all time favorite. (if you want to see it, go look at my instagram biography) We got super hyped and started dunking on each other, it was sick. Then the friking sprinters made fun of us and I wanted to kill em. But then @bwt.2015 gave me a shout out on twitter and it was sick.

Shout out to the ACT because we are taking it tomorrow and I should be studying for it..... #faithfulblogger #theblogismypassion

PM: Well the ACT went well, I bombed the reading section tho. So today we ran the dream mile and half in the snow and it was interesting. I am in shape to pr, but it would have been very hard to with the bad conditions, so going over the overpass I didn't even care that we were going slow. I drafted till the cemetery. Matt ran awesome and was leading the entire first mile. I give him props because he wasn't a baby like me and went closer to the right pace. Me and Ryan made a move and pulled up beside Matt once the gradual hill started. We stayed in that position till the start off Airport. I pulled ahead so I could get on the inside. Towards the top I knew Matt and Ryan were still there so I surged to gain some ground and then when it started to flatten out I gave it my all. At the end my legs had so much lactic acid (or however you spell it) in them it was disturbing, and my lungs/throat were on fire. My finishing time was 8:47. My PR is 8:28 i think maybe 8:24, this last cross country season. I knew I wouldn't be close but I dont really care cuz I probably ran the fastest up the hill I ever had. I had an orthodontist appointment so I ran str8 back to the high school. Got 5.6 miles

Later PM: Ran 2.4 with Duke to get to 8 for the day

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO COACH JAMIE!!!!! cuz she got a blog! She hasn't posted anything yet but go check her out @CoachJamie

hahah I put in some of the stuff for her, cuz she's way busy and I wanted her to get one, so I put in 5k finish as her goal just to be funny, and she kept it there haha. Thats funny because her 5k pr is 16:08! H*cka Fast!

Easy distance run today. We ran by chicken nugget and sir matthews house, to this dirt area. We tried to run on it, but it has snowed recently so it was muddy as heck so we all got our shoes dirty. We stopped a lot before we turned around so on the way back I averaged 6:34 and it felt good. Rest of this week is speed yay.

Like matt and chicken nug I also signed up for the AF canyon half marathon this summer. They're both going down

5x500's. First 400 at goal 800 pace, then all out last 100. 4 minute rest. My splits for the 400's 64, 63, 66, 65, 64. This is not my goal 800 pace, if I hit my 800 goal pace then it should be faster, because this workout is 2500 meters long. So it was good. Legs were jelloish and I felt queezy so it wasn't easy. We finished up miles after at a 6:49 avg

Got to 3.5 and then did whistle hills. It is 15 seconds all out up a gradual hill in the cemetary. Jog back, then do it again for 20 and 25 seconds. This is 1 set, we did three. Normally we have a little rest in between sets but because its awesome week we didn't have any rest. Well before the last one we shared some inspirational quotes so that gave us some recovery. Then I finished up my miles, my knee was hurting so i'll roll it out some more. I went hard #gobigorgohome

Tonight is MORP so thats cool, ol @thomasheaps is in my group

Shout out to Sean who hasn't updated his blog in 11 days

Shout out to the ice bath im taking

Today was the final day of awesome week, our third speed workout in a row. My legs were (and still are) sore from the other workouts. Today it was 20x 400's. They were in sets of 5. The first five at 5k pace with 45 seconds rest, then 2 mile pace with 1 minute rest, then current mile pace 90 seconds rest, then goal mile pace with 2 minutes rest. We wore spikes on the last 5. My average for the sets were something like 80, 74, 70, 64. By the end it was hard, but my last one was a 60 so that was cool. We ran half backwards to switch it up a lil bit. Our first meet is on Tuesday. I'm doing the 800 and maybe a 4x4 because of my killer sprinting speed
