Very easy recovery run on the MCT 7:13ap. I've been watching a lot of Flotrack's "Driven" videos lately so I was imagining what I would have said in my video lol. Saw two guys with hover boards. One of them fell of his and it rolled off the path and got all dirty. At the very end saw fellow Weber commit Katie Cornell from AF.

Shout out to my main man Chicken Nugget. He got his mission call tonight to Singapore. He is one of the nicest kids I've ever met and is spiritually buff as heck so I know he's gonna kill it in the field.

4 miles and then a circuit workout with some lunges, squats, push-ups, and then finished up to 9.

Was gonna go out for a night run and then remembered that our young mens was playing fugitive, so I  got my running shoes and went to that. We went to a different church and had to make it back to ours and it was exactly a mile. So I made it to my church first without a car in sight, ran back to the starting point, and back to my church again 6:58,50,55.

Splits were 2:19, 1:42, 64, 31, 2:17, 1:42, 64, 30.  Pleased with the workout. Cooldown 1.75.

5 easy on Parkway before getting my wisdom teeth out. Everything went really well and I wasn't even loopy. Should be a nice recovery
