Dream mile and a half today which is always a fun time lol. 2 mile warm up. There was a head wind for the entire time so that made it tough, but I liked it cuz it builds character. Had a group of Ryan, Collin, Thomas and I until a lil before the mile I believe. First mile was 5:29. Going up the hill was good. I made a strong move with just a little bit of the hill to go. When I got to the top and it flattened out, the wind was like a wall and stopped us in our tracks. We were both struggling and dying but Ryan just a lil less. Finished second in an 8:32. I'll take it. Cool down to 8. Good stuff from everyone today.

Oh ya and happy leap day

is it like a mad steep incline the whole time?

Sorry Cam, just found this in my junk mail. It's flat for .25, moderate hill. Go down. Then a gradual uphill for a while. Then it goes to a massive ish hill and flattens out for a 100 meter sprint to the finish.
