Parked on Canterbury by the MCT. 5 out. Just a nice chill Saturday afternoon run. 6:58ap.

Watched track for over five hours lol. Was switching back and forth from GSW and the MCDC and then the California State Meet. Shout out to Julie Sumsion for taking second in the mile with a 5:10, Joe got second in the 3200. Isaac Cortes blew my mind winning the 1600 and 800. He had a 56 last lap and got 4:04. Then less than two hours later he ran against a fresh Connor Dunne in the 800. He was at the very back and then flew by everybody in the final 200 and won with a 1;50! Cooper Teare won the 3200 in a crazy race. He had a really good last lap but then this Great Oak guy, Cole Spencer comes flying up out of no where, they pull even, then Cole goes ahead by a little, Cooper responds and they came thru exactly alike and you couldn't tell who won. Well Cooper won in 8:51 by a couple thousandths of a second. It was insane. Destiny Collins got second in the 1600 and 3200 so shout out to her. I learned that Michael Norman isn't human. He ran 45.78 pulling up at the end saving for his 200, won in 20.5x i think. Then was the anchor of the 4x4. He  got it in fourth and made up 40 meters at least, it was insane. He went to the lead with 100 to go and gapped them, and even won by a decent margin splitting 44.9!
