Because of all the snow I did my morning run on the stationary bike and counted that for 3 miles. Then after school did 4 out to Olympic park with another mile to get to 9. On the way there we picked up a dog that would not leave us no matter what. It was a German Shepard police dog that we named Rusty. We stopped at Ryan's house and while there saw that it wasn't a boy even though we kept saying here boy or whatever. It was a girl and on her collar, her name was Bazil, but we ended up calling her Baezil. Well Baezil ran with us all the way to Olympic park and back to her house, a total of about 3.5 miles. We weren't sure exactly where she came from, so we went on this path to a neighborhood and house she was showing some interest in and knocked on the door. Turns out it was her house. Glad everything turned out well. I was sad to see her go after we gained a nice bond. We'll have to swing by there every once in a while and give her some excercise. 7:05ap.

Warmed up to a little before the MCT. Did some strides and was feeling good. 2.5 mile tempo. Once I started I could feel my hamstrings and how they were tired from the squats I did yesterday. Got 5:42, 5:44, and 5:32 pace for the .5. I wanted better but it's early and I'll do better on the next one. Went to Highland Glen and turned back. 12.5 for the day. Was cold and tired on the way back so it wasn't the best time.

Went up to Midway with my Dad and Duke and ran on the Heber Creeper tracks for 4 miles. Didnt really like it so then went down and finished on the Provo River Trail. I really liked it and hopefully do some more runs on it. Was tight the first two miles from the car but then had a really nice run and finished with 6:29 avg.

Weighed Duke after and he was 88 pounds.

Shout out to my homie Drew Hunter from Footlocker for breaking 4 in the mile. I knew he would do it. Asa though he was gonna get 4:02 smh. I guessed that he would run 3:58.43 and he ran 3:58.25.
