Warm up and then 6x400's at mile pace with 2:30 seconds rest in between. My splits were 65, 64, 65, 68, 66, 65. Jogged an 800 then 4x200's at 800 pace. My splits were 31,31,29,28. The workout wasn't easy cuz we did the 400's fast but I felt really good. After the last 200 my achilles started to hurt, bothered me during the cool down. Iced it after and then went to our team dinner which was sick. Coach Glen got us hecka turnt. He was spitting fire! |
