Warmed up 2 miles, I was feeling good. Got out well, was never boxed in. First lap 67. I didn't really worry too much about the laps cuz I was confident i'd qualify. I started to get tired laps 5,6,7 and I had a couple 75's. No good. So I saw that galen was behind me, and so I told him to help a brotha out and pass me, then I went with him. I knew it would be close so I just tried to close fast. Started going at 500 left. And by the end got side by side with Joe from timp who only one lap earlier had been 60-70 meters ahead. Kicks are great. Didn't end up beating him but I didn't care. I just wanted to qualify. I got a 9:35.something so I did qualify. Now I dont have to worry about it which is awesome. 1 mile cooldown. After that I sped on home and got ready for our day date. We got to Draper and rapelled down a water fall, yes it was as sick as it sounds. Then I had the dance, legs were tired from the meet, but still had enough to get h*cka turnt with the boys from team pre. Sadly I only got 47 miles for the week, ten miles under what I was supposed to do. But my leg hurt and stuff but I qualified so it dont matter. Now we gotta go get the mile!
