Writing this blog from my cousins house in Mareno Valley, California! Met Thomas at the high school this morning and I got 8.5 in, 6 of it at distance pace so about 6:30. I elevated my legs and got a really good cool down in after my race yesterday so the legs felt really good. Then I got packed and we drove on down here. We made pretty good time cuz my dad drives really fast. I'll go for a bike ride tomorrow because my legs were really sore when I got out. I think we are getting everything worked out for the 4x8 this friday. Then I got the 32 and 16. I'm going for 2:00, 9:29, and 4:24. Hopefully I'm not dead by the time the mile comes around.

We stopped at the Costco in St George, right by Pine View and I saw Paul Gaona from the blog! It was so sick!

Shout out to Diwas from East! He got a new PR in the mile at the Alpha Invite and I talked to him a little bit. He's from Nepal and he's my role model

Shout out to Warbeast cuz were at the same mileage this week. Should i go do a .01 jog so I can be ahead of him? I'd prolly get jumped

Diwas is freaking amazing! All you folks better watch out he's coming for you :) seriously though. He's one tough guy and has knocked off tons of time and it's only his first year running! He's an awesome teammate too, I really lucked out!

Also, Arcadia's gonna be sweet, good luck!
