AM: 4 miles on redwood 7:05 avg pace. 

PM: 2ish mile warm up and then 4x800 at 5k pace (2:30) hit 2:28, 28, 27, 23. Good first workout of the season. Was winded so we got some more stuff to do. 2 mile cooldown.

Shout out to Sami for treating me to some Cafe Rio and to my church ball team for winning our first game 72-50 #theycallmeballerforareason #ballislife
