AM: Shakeout 4 miles with Asa to state street from his house. My legs were pretty tired. It's his birthday so I took him to Kneaders after and it was sick.

PM: We had our super lit speed workout under the lights. It was seriously so dope. 6x400 at mile pace and then 3x200 all out. Hit 61,62,62,63,62,62,28, then 27,27 I think. I was racing Easton on the second and Chris on the last, it was fun. Mile cool down backwards around the track with the boys and Jamie. Shout out to her for killin her 4x400 and Jhoan for taking some sick pics. Went and chilled at Asa's and helped him out with some serious business.
