8.5 miles. Got one the rail trail and went out 4. Went thru a road closed sign on the way out cuz no one was there but on the way back they were doing stuff so had to take the detour. Avg pace 6:56. Excited for the CBC coming up, bought all of the awards. Hopefully people show up and it's decently lit. Had the last little kid track practice :'( it was good while it lasted. Watched the first day of the NCAA championships and it was sick. Happy Birthday to the legend Preston Warby.
