A couple miles and then a 3 mile tempo run. Our range is 5:31-5:45. My splits were 5:37, 5:44, 5:41. I like speed workouts better than tempo runs but this one was good. Hit the splits fine, the middle one would have been about the same as the last one but we took a U turn in that one.

Shout out to Me because a few days ago I guessed what the score of the NBA finals game was gonna be, and I was 2 off of everything. I said it was going to be 94-89 and lebron would have 42, and the actual score was 96-91 and lebron had 40. Crazy stuff.

Shout out to these guys for sick performances at the NCAA track and field championships; Jason Witt from BYU placing 3rd in the 10k, only losing to Ed Chesereck and Eric Jenkins of Oregon. Nate Jewkes of SUU placing 14th and Spencer Gardner of BYU placing 16th in the 10k as well. I cant remember his name but some guy from BYU, along with Mike Hardy from Weber qualified for the finals in the 3k steeplechase. Shea Martinez from BYU failed to qualify for finals in the 800 but the field was stacked and she made a very gutsy move with 400 to go to take the lead because the first 400 was slow, and gave everything she had.
