Ran 2 miles at the High School before heading over to timpanogos. So I wasn't really thinking and didn't get very much warm up for the mile. I ran like .2 from our tent to the starting line and then got 3 strides on the line. I got out good. After the first lap, a 65, I was in third. I tried to push the second lap more because it's always slow, but I still got passed by 5 guys. I guess I just need to go a little bit faster. That lap was a 68. Third lap i just cruised didn't do that much, 71. Right before the last lap I surged a little bit to get ahead of a little pack. With 300 left we started picking it up and I passed lil warner. Then in the last str8 away I caught up to Jamison Wilkes and had a 100 meter time trial. I barely got him. I give him creds cause he didn't go down without a fight and really made me work for it. My legs were really tired, I threw the form out the window and was pushing it as hard as I could. Last lap was a 63 and I finished with a 4:27.68 a 3 second PR and 3 seconds away from state qualifying. Got 3rd place and a medal. I am super happy with this race because the third lap was very slow, so if I just work on that lap and drop it a lil, maybe finish with a 62 then i can qualify for state! Especially if I get a few miles warm up. After that I ran a cool down/warm up with Thom for the 800. I wasn't feeling the greatest, and I got a lot better time in the mile than I thought I would so I really didn't care about it. First lap 63, last lap 68. Haha I was just cruising in, made sure I passed at least 1 person tho :) Overall a very good day!

Shout out to Reeves and Garison cuz we continued our 400 tradition after Pine View. We strip down and sprint a 400 mostly naked after long bus rides after cool trips. Normally I can pull out a 65 or so, but started of very conservative and saved for the kick were I just out leaned Garison, finished with a 71 lol.

Shout out to Dylan who ran two, i repeat two sub 51 400's today. In the 400 finals and the 4x400.

Josh Collins ran the 4x100 today and did amazing, i love that guy #hairgoal #speedgoals #everythinggoals

Congrats to Tanner Mellior for getting his mission call to Taiwon. I totally called it, a few minutes before he opened it Taiwon just popped in my head and turns out thats where he's going, Jamie and Sierra are both witnesses, ask em

Shout out to Mckay Johns for being a sophomore and running a 4:14

Cant wait for ARCADIA!!!
