Drove up to Sugar House park with Thom, Kobe, Collin, Michael, and Austin. 2 miles of warm up and strides. Then 5x1 mile repeats with 4 minutes rest. 5:16, 5:16, Third one half of us thought we were going one way the other half another way. Had to u turn and crap. 5:26, 5:26. Got confused of when my watch was gonna lap so I thought I was gonna end earlier than I did. Ended in 5:24. 1.5 mile cool down. Shout out to Kobe's phone for having the worst navigation ever and getting us lost and turning us finding a McDonald's, into a 45 minute cruise around slc. |
