Ran 5 miles. My leg hurt again on the middle but felt better towards the end. I finished with 15 minutes of biking. It's weird being sorta injured.

Do you have a foam roller? I've been using mine for my knee/IT band and it really helps. Hurts really bad sometimes but in the end makes it feel better! Ice helps too!

Long run at a good fast pace the day after racing hard the night before, and follow it up with some jungle ball, not a good combination. Be careful to recover well after intense stuff. Pounding out those 11 miles is hard all the way around, and the jumping, fast starts and stops are a sure way to injury tired muscles and bone, not to mention the possibility of coming down wrong or landing on someone else's foot. You train to hard to end your season doing that.
