Set out early at 7:45 (lol early for me) for a long run on the MCT. The first three miles to Highland Glen park I didn't feel good and I thought I was in for a not so good run but after some water and stretching I felt really good. I stopped at most of the drinking fountains. Hit the big red barn at 7 out. When I turned around at 8 it was at Grovestreet or something like that. Not sure if that's the one the HS is on. With one more mile my avg was 6:45 and I thought it would be cool to have it below that. I was pretty tired so I thought I was gonna have to put a lot of effort into it to get it below that so I pushed hard and it turned out to be a 6:19. 

 

Splits were 7:32,7:05,7:05,6:38,6:34,6:31,6:39,6:42,6:43,6:31,6:34,6:35,6:45,6:31,6:36,6:19

Driving over to the spring I saw a person that looked like Tyler and he was riding a moped???

Ran from the high school to Eaglecrest which was right at three, got a drink, went out one more mile and then back. Finished with two miles barefoot on the soccer field and turf. 6:54ap

Warm up over to airport hill and then 3(3x90seconds) except on the last set I did two because of time constraints. Recovery down after each. Lap recovery in between sets. Distances were .27(1:45 accidentally).24,.24-.24,.23,.24-.24,.25. Felt good and strong. Saw team photographer mom Heather who is the real MVP. 3 mile cooldown to get to 9 for the day. Went boating for the rest of the day and had a very enjoyable time.

Tired so the first mile was slow but then I felt a lot better and it was a quicker run. 2.75 to Willowcreek and back. Then two barefoot miles on the turf with some hurdle work. 6:49ap.

AM/PM ish 4 on redwood on the old am course. 6:49ap. 

PM: Night run with Spencer. We went down main to Maverick and then u turned it to Walmart and back to the high school. 4 miles 7:11ap.

Warm up one mile to the rodeo grounds. Then did 5x1minute on at race pace, equal recovery. Went back up to the legacy center and over by Asa's house. Distances were .18,.19,.18,.19,.18. Cooldown 1.6ish back to the HS.
