2.25 mile warm up and then 6x800 at goal two mile pace for state (2:20) with 2:30 rest in between. All the other guys had just distance but they switched off pacing me. My times were 2:22

This workout was tough but I believe I handled it well. I got a new 5k record on my watch 14:07 so that's pretty sick. We'll see how long into my college career it takes to run that all the way thru. They dont run 5ks tho so idk. Region is gonna be fun cuz I'm just running the 800 to see what I can get that down to, hopefully a 2 flat, then I'm ready to kill it at state.
