9 miles with 10, one minute pick ups, with one minute rest. My pick ups started at 5 minute pace and then slowed down towards the end. Thomas did 10 today, I decided to go 9 just to ease into the high mileage a little, if I feel good at the end of the week I could do anther mile on of the days.

Realized I didn't do shout out so I'm gonna add some. Shout out to Sarah! for getting a new pr at simplot.

Shout out to Garrett Barton a sophomore from Ogden that beat me at Simplot. He follows me on insta now and he told me good job after the race even tho he destroyed me so thanks dude.

Matt just looked up the world record for the oldest person to complete a marathon, and it said in August of 2014 Fauja Singh at 100 years old completed a marathon in Toronto. His time 8 hours 11 minutes and 6 seconds #rolemodelmonday I'm not sure if I will be able to beat that.....

I felt really good today. My legs didn't hurt and they felt fresh. I went just under a 7 minute mile average for the 10 miles. That is crazy because every run last week, with exception to the two simplot races, my leg hurt every run and I had to go like a 8:30 avg.

We ran to collins house, and then to the round about by the tennis courts and then turned back. Before we started we did 3x10 bench press. I did 65lbs, 75, and 85 for the three sets.

I just went and saw McFarland!!!! and it was the greatest movie I have ever seen! No joke, go see it, it's awesome!

Today was kinda suckish. We had a speedworkout that was 3X 200, 400, 200 The 200's were at 800 pace the 400 at mile pace. The wind was awful so I was slow on most of the repeats. On the way to get the rest of our miles we stopped at the rope swing in the creek. I went around the rope swing and on the second go-round, I got turned around and stuff and landed in the creek and got both my feet soaked. It was so dumb. And I still had 5 miles left, so for that last 5 miles my feet were soaked, my it band hurt, and the wind was blowing str8 at us. Worst run of my life. I'm glad its over now.

Shout out to Mckenzie Butterfield for asking me to morp #dingdongs

After our warm up, we went inside and did a short lifting workout with squats and pull ups and then finished our mileage. We ran by thanksgiving point and 2100 north, turned at north point elementary and ran down the road till we got enough to turn back. I felt good the entire time. I finished with a 6:58, 6:51, 6:46. I want outdoor to come faster because I just ran the 2 mile the last part of indoor, and if there was another indoor meet I could cut my mile below 4:30.

Shout out to Sara because rn she has the same miles as Jake K #doingwork

Shout out to the Warbeast cuz he said he wanted to beat me

I found that Kale Sharp had a blog and it was cool so check him out in my favorite blogs, I have a lot of favorite blogs so sorry about, theres just a bunch of kids with cool blogs.

Shout out to me because right now, I have the same amount of miles I had all of last week at 38.5. My IT band feels good so I gotta get those back up

Got a few miles in and then did 1.25 on the turf. Jamie filmed us running and then we will watch them and see how we can improve our form. Then we ran towards willowcreek and got the rest of our miles. 6:42 avg for the day. Shout out to the dream mile and a half cuz we're doing it on tuesday next week, i'm so hyped #respectallfearnone. I think the dress is blue and black. I'm trying to get Jamie to get a fast running blog, that'd be cool.

Shout out to Thomas Heaps' grandmother. Thomas posted a pic of us together at simplot and she though I was his sister jackie.... smh

Just your average distance run. I ran up airport and passed freedom till the turn around point. 6:58 average. Felt fine. Looking forward to the next little while.

Shout out to Matt Carlson cuz he honked at me and scared the crap out of me. Then he laughed at me.

Shout out to another Matt, this time Sir Matthew Todd. He got accepted to BYU and I am super happy for him. I am way jealous, he will do awesome things there. Hopefully I can join him there in a few years!

Monthly Report: February was awesome, I cut time off all my pr's. Now in March we will start outdoor meets. That means the road to State! Hopefully we can get a bunch of guys there! #traininsaneorremianthesame
