Big Sur: We decided to climb Mount Manuel because it was the only trail that was longer than 2 miles. It was a really steep climb and so it was a rough time but the sweet views made for a great time.

Santa Cruz: Super cool run! We didn't really have an idea of where we were going to run and just ran on the road to start. It got really tight so we hopped off and found a path close by. That dirt pathed turned into white sand for a little while which was cool. It was open spaced with some trees. It felt like the beach and forest had a baby and we were running in it. Up until then the first couple miles were relatively flat but then we started to do some steep up and down. It turned into more dense forest with super tall trees. I ran with Conner for most of the run.

Lake Tahoe: It is beautiful here! The lake has the most blue water I've ever seen. We jumped in yesterday and it was freezing but really fun. For our run we did an out and back on this path that goes along the main road. Chill morning

Mammoth Lakes: Parked at the track and ran out on the dirt road by the hot springs. It was perfect weather and just a super chill run. Foot felt great.

Got some sweet pics on the track after

5 miles from the Heaps’ to the AF gazebo and back but ran up Airport on the way back. It was the hardest it’s ever been to get up it haha cuz I’m out of shape and I was running way too fast. Stupid of me.

Post run protein shake and chat with Papa Heaps

First time running with the boys this summer. Wednesday’s are chill so we took it nice and easy on the way out. We ran to the outlook on Pipe and then split and had a group go back. The others sped up while I kept it chill. Even tho getting up early takes effort, it was nice.

Day 1 of the men's trip up to Causey. 5 on the trails. It was a nice run, got some hills, and had lots of fun paddleboarding after.

Ran on this nice dirt road a short drive from Causey. It was like Jeremy Ranch and the road in Mammoth. Rolling hills but net downhill on the way out. Foot and everything felt great.

Great run with Thom and Parker. Always a good time while running with old teammates. We ran up to the ol' Jail Trail and back by Smiths. Recovered with some high quality french toast.

Jamie had 16 today (training for Des News marathon) so she did 7 and then we ran 9 together. We met up at Westlake and then ran on the Jordan River trail. Nice chill run and a good time chatting about college and stuff
