| | 3x1mile repeats at a track in Paris by where we were going to play soccer after. It wasn't a full 400 meters so I just ran around til my watch beeped. 2 miles warm up, some strides. 5:04 and 4:56 for the first two. A lot faster than I thought it would be. Each one I went out fast and ended slow. The third I ran more even but I still faded. With .1 to go I started dry heaving and couldn't get myself to keep going. 4:35 for .91. Did some cooldown barefoot around the soccer field. 8 total.
