1 mile warm up and some strides. 4x800 2:27,2:31,2:29,2:32. I was kinda bummed the second one was slower as usual. Last one I went out hard trying to have it be the fastest one, I hit a big wall and slowed down a lot but still good effort. Ran 1 mile and then did 2x400 at 1:06 and 1:13. Cooled down to 6 for the day. |
